Most gyms start your first visit with a walkthrough. We start with a measurement.
Your first visit to FitRight is a Kinetic Chain Assessment — about an hour, one athlete, one coach, and a full pass through our testing stack. You leave knowing where force is produced, where it is lost, and what to do about it. No pressure and no pitch.
What We Assess
Athletic movement is a chain. Force starts at the ground and travels through the ankle, knee, hip and trunk before it comes out as a sprint, a jump, or a throw. Every link either passes force along or leaks it. The assessment finds the leaks.
Movement screen. Before anything is loaded or timed, a coach watches how you move — squat and single-leg mechanics, how you land, and how one side compares to the other. This is what gives the numbers their context.
Then we measure five categories:
Force Production — maximum strength. Keiser pneumatic leg press (right and left), pro squat, chop bar, bench.
Force Expression — how much of that strength becomes movement. Vertical, countermovement jump, squat jump and broad jump, measured on a jump mat in height and in watts.
Ground Contact — reactive, elastic ability. Reactive Strength Index and single-leg triple hop: force produced in fractions of a second on the ground.
Speed & Acceleration — Freelap wireless timing gates. 10-yard, 40-yard, flying 10, and field top speed in miles per hour.
Body Strength — strength per pound of bodyweight. Pull-ups and push-ups.
What You Leave With
Within 48 hours you get your FitRight Performance Card — a five-page report, not a sales sheet.
A FitRight Score out of 100, with every result ranked by percentile against real Idaho athletes of the same age and sex — our actual roster, not a textbook table.
Your five category scores, so the strongest link and the weakest link are both obvious.
Your Elastic Utilization Ratio — whether you have strength you are not using, or spring sitting on a thin strength floor.
A left-to-right comparison on every paired test, with any gap over 10% flagged.
A coach’s note naming one standout, one growth area, and what the next training block will do about it.
Then We Retest
Same tests, four to eight weeks later. The Gains page shows the change on paper, and personal records post to the leaderboard. That is the whole model: test, train, retest.

Who It Is For
Athletes 9 and up, every sport, every starting point — and adults too. You do not need to be in shape, and you do not need to have trained before. A baseline is just a number to beat.
